The Trike

I began painting this piece in Minsk in 1998. It was my second large‑format work created using the pointillism technique — thousands of ink dots applied with a pen. About six months later, I set it aside, not realizing it would remain unfinished for fifteen years. Inspiration returned in 2013, when I completed the painting in Toronto.
